Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LanternAGT collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to contact@lanternagt.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form

We collect what you type: your name, business name, type of business (and what your business does, if you choose “Other”), phone number, email address and message (optional). We use it only to reply to you and to prepare for a call you asked for.

When you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, through our email provider.

Analytics, only if you say yes

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It is designed to work without advertising cookies and without building a profile of you. If you decline, it never loads.

Cookies

This site sets one first-party cookie, lagt_consent, which remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. It lasts 180 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Basic server logs

Like most websites, the servers that host this site may briefly process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and schedule a call.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used (only with your consent).
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site: our website hosting and database provider, our email provider, and, if you consent, Cloudflare for analytics. They process information on our behalf to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

AI agents we build for clients

When we build AI agents for a business, any information those agents handle is used only to run that business's agents and serve its customers, and it is never sold. How that information is handled is set out in our written agreement with the business.

Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw analytics consent at any time with the cookie settings link.
• Opt out of further emails from us by replying and saying so.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws. To make a request, email contact@lanternagt.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
